Dentistry, also known as dental and oral medicine, is a unit under surgery department management which consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of the diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity, commonly in the dentition but also the oral mucosa and of adjacent and related structures and tissues, particularly in the maxillofacial ( Jaw and Facial) area.

Stomatology unit serves the patients with stomatology diseases. It has experienced staff responsible for the diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical treatments of the diseases affecting the mouth (General dentistry, orthodontics, gum care, treatment under local and/or general anaesthetic, treatment for children and adults, facial surgery, etc….).

Stomatology is an integral part of the “Head and Neck” Centre which also brings together ENT, ophthalmology, dentistry and neck and maxillofacial surgery on a single site.
